島田のおほつ庵。
前からお土産等でこの店のお菓子をいただくことがよくあったので気になっていました。
店は島田第二小学校の目の前にあります。
周りは住宅街で、行く途中の道も狭いので、最初から知らないといけない場所ですね。
店内は琴の音が流れていて厳かな雰囲気です。
売っているものは饅頭とかの焼き菓子が中心です。
ただ、売っている菓子の包装がカラフルでポップなのが面白いですね。
なんか店が華やかに見えます。
評判のしまだプリンと栗蒸し羊羹を購入しました。
しまだプリンは意外と甘いです。
昔ながらのカスタードプリンって感じの味ですが、食感はトロッとしてます。
栗蒸し羊羹は栗が羊羹の中に入っているのではなく、上に乗っているスタイル。
羊羹の食感がモチッとしていておいしかったです。
ほかにもいろいろあって、手土産を買うにはいい店だと思います。
ただ、この店は小分けで買わずにまとめて買うと箱代の分、逆に割高になるのでご注意を。
