ここのどら焼きの特徴は何と言っても、その生地にあり！
黒糖を用いた、色の黒いどら焼きの味は他では味わえない味。
自家製あんことの相性も抜群で、一口食べただけでこの味の虜に…。
味はいくつかあるみたいで、僕が食べたのは生クリームと餡の生クリームどら焼きと、餡とほんのりバターのしまだ焼き。どっちも生地、餡、生クリームやバターとの味が絶妙に合わさって、こんなに美味しいどら焼きがあるなんて…、と心からうなされました。
お店の人によると、伊勢丹の全国うまい物20選のどら焼き部門に選ばれたようで、それも頷けます。
とにかく、このお店に行ったら、どら焼きは一度食べてみるべき！
