島田へ行き、久々にこちらのラーメン屋さんへ^o^
•ル•デッサンのまぜそば 1,400円
•バターライス(大) 300円
計1,700円
めちゃ美味しい^ - ^
よく混ぜて食べたら、鰹節、挽肉、脂、タレがいい具合に混ざり最高のまぜそば^o^
麺はパッツン麺で噛めば噛むほど美味しい麺^ ^
それ以上に一番驚いたのは、今回バターライスを注文し、まぜそばに付いていたスープ、注文したまぜそばとの三角食べをしたら、更に美味しさが増した感じがしました^ ^なんだろう、この絶妙なバランス、うまい具合に箸休めが来て、ラーメン専門店にはないアプローチを感じることが出来ました(^.^)
いやーまた行かねば!!
ラーメンの前に緑茶が出るのはなんだろうって思ってふと考えていたら、ラーメン自体イノシン酸が多い食べ物なので、逆に緑茶はグルタミン酸が多く含まれているので、旨みの相乗効果があるのかなと勝手に考えていました^o^
本当かどうかは知らないです。
