静岡の野菜と肉を使った肉割烹でお酒も静岡の日本酒を豊富に揃えていたりと産地消耗形の肉割烹。
タンをローストビーフにしていたり、最初に脂の強いサーロインのすきしゃぶを持ってくるなど工夫されていました。
肉以外にも日本料理店らしい鰻の白焼きやすっぽんのまる鍋などもあってよかったー。
すっぽんは綺麗に臭みも取れていて嫌な感じがなくて美味しかったー
肉氷そうめんとか攻めた一品もあったりオリジナリティある肉割烹でした。
締めのミルクプリンよかった！
