年末に地元に帰省する途中で立ち寄ったこちらのお店。主人が以前からどうしても食べさせてあげたいと言っていたお店にやっと行くことができました。
夜19時の訪問。カウンター席は私たちが座ると満席。個室やテーブル席もありました。店内に入ると笑顔で出迎えてくれた高木さん。初めての場所なのに一瞬で居心地の良い場所に変わりました。カウンターにはトリュフや越前蟹、質の良いお肉が並んでいきます。高木さんとの会話も楽しみながらコースがスタートです。

どの料理を食べても美味しい幸せな時間でした。名物料理のトリュフすき焼きは、厚切りの遠州夢咲牛にこれでもかというほど黒トリュフをふんだんに削ってもらえます。店内はトリュフの良い香りでいっぱいです。お肉はとても柔らかく、味も見栄えも最高の一品でした。
2023年の締めに素敵なお店に行けて大満足でした。
美味しい料理と高木さんに会いにまた行きたいと思います。
