本格的な日本料理と、大将との会話。
人柄が料理に現れていて、美味しいだけじゃなく楽しい時間でした。
こだわりの食材を使ったお料理を、大将の説明を聞きながらいただく。
どれも美味しかったが、伊勢海老をまるごと使った天丼には驚きました!
プリプリの身に、サクサクの衣、特製の味噌ソース。濃厚な味わいなのに、肉厚の身があるからこその素材の甘みをしっかり感じられる。
