ナポリピザから＜ビアンカ・1,220円＞と
＜ジェノヴァ・1,328円＞の2枚
さらに生パスタのフェトチーネメニューから
“ポルチーニクリームソース”を選んだ
“ビアンカ”はチーズ、シラス、ガーリックの
ピザで塩加減がちょうどいい一品
もう1枚のペパロニサラミ、アンチョビ、
オリーブなどがのせられたモッツァレラ
チーズの“ジェノヴァ”もおいしいが
“ビアンカ”の方が断然気に入った
生パスタのモチっとした食感にポルチーニの
豊かな風味がからむパスタも美味
ひとりで全部食べたい気持ちになる
