有名店を探していたらヒットしたのでこちらのお店へ
日曜も営業、しかも土日祝は朝から通し営業はありがたい
竜ケ岳登山後14:00頃訪問
45分後位に入店出来ました
来店初めてか聞かれ初めてならオススメは〜と言う事で
うるおい焼きそば 890円×2
うるおい天(お好み焼き) を注文
先にお好み焼きを店員さんが焼き始め、しばらくすると店主さんらしき方が焼きそばを焼き始めてくれました♪
ライブ感がすごくいい
手際よく油飛ばして湯気もたっぷり最高
最後に中央に卵を投入するんだけどここからは時間との戦い
直ぐ食べて下さい！半熟が美味しいから！と数回
写真はサクッと撮って鉄板から焼きそばを救います

これぞ富士宮焼きそば！なのかな
辛味噌も美味しい
お好み焼きは後からでいいからとにかく焼きそば先食べて！と熱弁
プライドを感じるお味でした
お好み焼きはたっぷり具材で関西のお好み焼きとはちょっと違う感じ？あっさり目で美味しかったです
機会があればまた来たいです
