自分の好みのお好み焼きは、かえしに山芋が入ってるようなフワフワで柔らかいのが好みである。
しかしたまには、良く焼いた表面がカリッとしたのも食べたくなる。そういう時はこちらに伺う。
鉄板焼きと謳うだけあって、焼き物のつまみもたくさんあり、なんとステーキまである。
よく昼間から飲んでる人も見かけるけど、つまみも豊富だから、飲む人と飲まない人で行っても、つまみから焼きそば、お好み焼きまでシェア出来ると思う。
よく焼きの表面がカリッとしたお好み焼きは水分が上手い具合に飛んでボリュームはあるけど、割と食べれる。
飲兵衛の人も食いしん坊の人も満足出来ると思う。
