富士宮の職場に向かう通勤路である県道414号線沿いにある手打ちの蕎麦屋さん。富士宮は富士山の湧き水が豊富で蕎麦屋が多い地域。ここ赤池庵は富士宮市街地から県道をひたすら登った海抜388Mの北山地区に立地しています。手打ち蕎麦は田舎蕎麦ではなく繊細な蕎麦で香りがとてもよい。素朴なごく普通な店構えではあるがクオリティはかなり高いです。
この日は転勤で富士宮を去る日でもあり、最後の天ぷらざる蕎麦を美味しく頂きました。
