静岡県の富士宮市です。
初めて来ました。
富士宮と聞けば、富士宮焼きそばしか思いついません。
とはいえ、富士宮市が目的地ではなく、通過する中で食べるので、
あまり、お店を選んでいる時間もなく、まずはJR富士宮駅に行ってみる。
駅前には、大きなマンションもあるのですが、お店がぱっと見つからない。
もっと、ひしめき合っているのかと思いましたが。
駅前をベースに営業しているお店を探すと、少し歩いた路地に小さいながらもお店を発見。
なんか地元で人気そうな雰囲気がする。
店内は、カウンターだけで8席程度。行ったときは、私が入ってちょうど満席。
とりあえず、焼きそば。これに玉子のトッピングでなんと600円。
鉄板で、ジューという美味そうな音と、それに伴いソースの焦げた香り。
これだけで食欲をそそります。
麺はもっちりと。ソースは意外にあっさり系。
想像以上にシンプルな焼きそばでした。
いい思い出、できました。
