今日は、富士山観光2日目、富士山スカイラインから富士宮焼きそばをいただきに、むめさんに訪問しました。13時前、駐車場は満車、駐車場待ちでしたが、待ち人数5組、記名式で呼び出しでした。30分くらいの待ち、運良くカウンターに案内され、イカ肉玉の焼きそば大に、肉玉お好み焼き、瓶ビールを注文しました。一味とマヨネーズなどは、奥の棚からセルフ。お好み焼きは、むめさん？が鉄板で丁寧に焼いてくれてて、見るからに美味そう。キャベツ多めで絶妙な焼き加減で、久しぶりに美味しいお好み焼きでした。焼きそばは奥で作ってお皿での提供でした。麺に腰があり、魚粉たっぷりで、やっぱり美味い。でも、お好み焼きがお薦めかな。
