今まで私は美味しい肉ならば「すき焼き」でしょう。と思っていました。
「しゃぶしゃぶ」は肉をわざわざ熱湯に通し、脂を落として食べ、
せっかくのお肉の味を台無しにしていると思っていました。
確かにヘルシー思考でいいのかもしれないが、パサパサのお肉を食べて何が楽しいのか。
「しゃぶしゃぶ」に対してはこんな感じでした。
でもここの「しゃぶしゃぶ」を食べてその考えが間違っている事に気がつきました。
まずお皿に大きな肉が数枚乗ってきます。
それをお湯で数回しゃぶしゃぶ・・・。
ゴマだれとポン酢たれがありますが、まずはポン酢で。
食べてみると！
大きな肉が口の中でとろけて行くんです。
本当に美味しい！
湯に通しても脂の乗ったお肉は硬くならず、
その脂がさらに柔らかくなり美味さを引き出しているんですよ。
美味しい肉は「しゃぶしゃぶ」しても口の中でとろけるんですね。
私はこのお店に行ってから、すき焼き派からしゃぶしゃぶ派に変更になりました。
主人も色々なところで食べていますが、店内の雰囲気（いいお香の香りがします）
店員さんの態度、お肉の完成度からいくと最高点だと言っています。
決めたいデートやお祝い事には間違いのないお店です
