A long-established Japanese restaurant founded in 1906
Visited at 12:00 on 2022.10.4. Lunch at Hasegawa for the first time in a year. I've been going there with a client for 10 years now. My client makes a reservation and treats me. That means I've eaten at Hasegawa 10 times. I wouldn't go out to eat something this elegant with my own money, but I eat here at least once a year. As always, I had a luxurious lunch, the Nodate Yuzen for ¥2,000. A poster inside the restaurant says, "Established in 1906," so it must have been loved by locals for quite a long time. Everything was delicious with an elegant seasoning. Thank you for the meal.
A well-known, long-established Japanese Cuisine in the area
Visited at 12:00 on September 29, 2021. This is my first post, but a business partner who I visit once a year has been treating me to lunch at "Hasegawa" for almost 10 years. Since the business partner arranges it in advance, I have never seen the menu, and the exact name and price were unknown for 10 years. When I checked Tabelog to post my first post this time, I found out that the lunch that I am always treated to is "Nodate Yuzen ¥1,890"! ! Today I had "Nodate Yuzen" again. It is an elegant restaurant that I would never drop in to alone, but I am a single person as usual. Regular customers who have made reservations come in one after another, but everyone is using the private rooms, and I am eating slowly in a public seat. A set of Tempura, sashimi, grilled dishes, takiawase, chawanmushi, pickles, dessert, rice and miso soup. All of them have a very healthy and elegant taste that I don't usually eat. When I eat takiawase, I even drink the leftover soup. The only drawback is that it's not very filling. I finished it when I was only 60% full. See you next year. Thank you for the meal.

Visited at 12:00 on September 28, 2023. This "Hasegawa" is a Japanese restaurant in Fuji City, Shizuoka Prefecture. Thanks to the kindness of our business partners, we are treated to lunch every year when we visit. We told them that we had made a reservation this year as well and were shown to our seats. We have been eating here for over 10 years, but have never seen the menu, so we searched the restaurant's website and found that it is a limited lunch menu available on weekdays (Monday to Friday) from 11:30 to 13:30. We always make a reservation for the "Nodate Yuzen ¥2,000" set, which includes one soup and Tempura, rice, red miso soup, and dessert. Until now, it has always come with tempura, but this time it was the first time we had fried chicken. Other than that, it was the same as before. In particular, the takiawase, which is worthy of a Japanese restaurant, has a delicious dashi flavor. Today we had a little luxurious lunch again. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.
