富士市にあるお店。
ラーメン590円と餃子390円を注文しました。
ラーメンは素朴な感じの醤油ラーメンですが、これがなかなか美味しい！
トッピングはチャーシュー、メンマ、カマボコ、刻み葱と全くと言っていいほど飾り気は無いのですが、麺が細めの縮れ麺で、コシがあり麺の味がちゃんとしています。
スープも小細工なしの鶏ガラスープでシンプルですが素直で美味しい味です。
そして餃子ですが、こちらもいたってシンプルな焼き餃子です。
餃子は一つ一つが大きめで手作りのものです。
餡も挽肉とニラのシンプルなものですが、やはり皮が美味しいです。
これだけのボリュームで390円は安いしと思います。
凝った感じの料理ではありませんが、「シンプルでもちゃんと美味しい」というわかりやすい味と親しみやすさを感じました。
