牛肉料理で有名な銀座スエヒロの分店。明治43年、大阪に洋食店弘得社を創業。銀座スエヒロは昭和8年にのれん分けで開業。ひろぽぽです。
［所感］
・富士山溶岩のプレートで肉をじっくり火入れし、タレは使わず特選醤油と洋ガラシのみで食べる。肉本来の良さを味わうためのスタイル。
・2人前のロース、カットビーフ、ヒレ、上カルビは計500g。さらに、ライス、サラダ、焼き野菜付き。ライスとサラダは、おかわりが1回無料。
・カットビーフの部位はカイノミ。常連客に人気だという。醤油、洋ガラシも良いが、味付けは塩や粗挽き胡椒で。
