出先のランチタイム、どうしようかとググって偵察すれば、近場のお蕎麦屋がヒット。軽めに済ますには良さげと向い、そのまま入店。看板が見当たらずちょっと迷ったけどね。
結果、拘り抜いた店作りと蕎麦作り、これに尽きるなぁ、だった。特にお蕎麦屋系は、あるあるだけどね。
オーダーは、おろしそば大盛り。辛味大根で、手打ちの美味しいお蕎麦をいきたかった、の選択。
暫し待って供されれば、想定と違って一皿に盛られたお蕎麦で、大根おろしは普通盛りなのか、チョコンと載ってる。早速いただけば、蕎麦は手打ち感満載で旨いし歯応え十分。
大根の味わいに被せて、珍しい青菜がサッパリさせるのは印象的。うーんと思いつつ手繰り続ければ、大盛りの麺も、瞬く間に完食御礼。
蕎麦湯は速攻で供されたので、食べ終わりにいただこうとした時は、ドロッとした濃い部分は底に沈んでいる。食べ終わる頃がちょうど良いから、後で出してもらうのが正解か？ちょっぴり残念賞。
この手のお店は当たり前だけど、キャッシュオンリーも残念賞2。
