こちらの『古庵(こあん)』さんは、静岡県富士宮市の北部を通る国道469号線沿いにあるお蕎麦屋さん。
今日現在の食べログ評価は★3.48です。
たまたま近くを通り、風情のある外観に惹かれて伺いました。
平日のピーク時間は過ぎているので、先客は1組。
土日はかなり混むようで、天ぷらメニューは種類を制限して営業されているとのこと。
今日も、すでにご飯ものは売り切れで、そばメニューのみになると案内。
外観も入口も店内も、落ち着いた雰囲気で、ゆっくりといただけます♪
本日は〘天ざるそば¥1,860〙を注文。
最初にサービスの漬物とざるそばのつけ汁が到着。
10分弱で、天ぷらとざるそばも出来上がり。
まずは、そばを2本そのまま食べる。
強烈なそばの香り、程よいコシも素晴らしい。
これは美味しいおそばです♪
天ぷらは、季節を感じる旬のタネを揚げられていて、付属の抹茶塩でいただきます♪
どのタネも美味い♪
全体の量と味を確認して、間違いなく足りないので、すぐに〘天おろしそば¥1,810〙を追加注文。
追加の〘天おろしそば〙は、天ざるそばを食べ終わる頃にタイミング良く出来上がり。
天おろしの天ぷらは、やはり季節を感じる野菜のかき揚げ。
ふきのとうを始め、香りが良く美味い♪
そばはもちろん、つゆもバッチリそばに合っていて美味い♪
2品はあっという間に腹に収まり完食。
たまたま見つけたお店でしたが、大変美味しいおそばでした。
