Today I was introduced to this by a local gourmet person. My name is Mitsu from Fujinomiya City. I didn't know there was French cuisine like this in this neighborhood. ‼ ️ I'll be coming here for a while, so thank you for your continued support. Apparently they also offer cooking classes, so if I have the next opportunity, I would like to take one. It would be great to learn French cuisine in Fujinomiya. After all, this region has good ingredients, so while making the most of those ingredients, dishes using homemade herbs, homemade smoked dishes, and delicious vegetables are wonderful appetizers. Next is a soup with new potatoes and new onions, and sautéed foie gras is on top. This is also exquisite. And the sautéed red sea bream, the crispy skin of the red sea bream and the fennel sauce were a wonderful marriage, which was a first for me. The main dish was solid lean Japanese beef with red wine sauce. The red wines are Beaujolais' Louis La Tour and Moulin-a-Von. This gamay was quite delicious and a very good marriage.
