先日伺った際には写真をあまり撮らなかったのですが、今回はたくさん撮りました。
今回はカウンターに座りました。カウンターだと、板前さん(ご主人と花板さん？)が、「今日のアジはいいな」とか、素材について話しているのが聞こえてきます。こんなのも楽しいですね。
この花板さん、なかなか男前で、初めてみたときに妻と「きっと、包丁一本持って全国を渡り歩いてるんだぜ」「行く先々に女がいて…」なんて話したのを覚えています。
あれから25年、花板さんはずっとこのお店にいらっしゃいます。聞けば、地元富士市のご出身だそうです。
今回は、「新じゃがのカレー煮」「いかげそのふわた焼」「ヒラメ刺」「北海タコ刺し」「ウドの酢味噌和え」「菜の花おひたし」をいただきました。
