焼いているのは見れませんが、あのしゃもじのでっかいのにのせて提供してくれる、食材が目の前に並んでいるなど、いわゆる炉端焼きが楽しめます。
お刺身もまあまあでした。
目の前のツボは素材によってつけるタレなど変えていました。
