今日は以前からBMしていたお店、松野の「松栄」さんでランチ。
実は、今から30年以上前に一度来た事があります。
私が成人になった時、父が「やっと息子と呑める」と連れて行ってくれたお店です。残念ながら、お店の雰囲気は何も覚えていませんが。
店内はカウンターが8席位に、小上がり。昔ながらのお寿司屋さんですが気取った雰囲気は無く、なんか居心地良し。ついつい長居しちゃう程の楽加減。
今日は「特上寿司」を注文。¥1,350也 安い！
この後の運転は奥さんに任せて、ランチビールも頂きましょう。
煮穴子はほろほろで、口入れると崩れていきます。甘すぎ無いところがいいですね。
中トロは、脂の乗り具合が絶妙。スッキリしていてマッタリ。軽くて濃厚。いろんな矛盾がこの一貫に凝縮。ずっと味わっていたいですね
そして…ガリ。酸っぱいだけでは無く、甘味をしっかり感じる、でも生姜のピリッとした刺激もあります。
美味しい、居心地いい、リーズナブル、で言う事無し。
今度は夜来たいですね。ご馳走様でした。
