身延線で甲府に向かう前に始発の富士駅近くで腹ごしらえ。駅の南口を出て振り向くと富士山の雄大な姿が見えます。これだけでも感動もの。
駅の南口から5分ほどにある「大石食堂」さんに向かいます。食堂なので、いろんなジャンルの料理がメニューにスタンバイ。メインは中華料理のようです。
メニューを見ながら、星印のついているおすすめメニューの中から、「唐揚げ定食」を注文。相方は「広東麺」をチョイス。
「唐揚げ定食」は名前の通りボリュームのある唐揚げが、ドーンと存在感。カラッと揚がった唐揚げは、ジューシーで美味い。
この頃には、12時を過ぎ、あたりのビジネスマンで、席は満席状態。人気のお店です。
相方の「広東麺」は、所謂、関西でいう「五目そば」。たくさんの野菜とお肉のアンがたっぷりでヘルシーな一品。出汁は関東風で関西人の私には少し濃い味付けに感じる味。
お値段も手頃で、フレンドリーな食堂には親しみを感じます。
