"My History" では、次の通り注文と記録。
2021/6/20、瓶ビールと春巻き2本、ラーメン。
春巻きは注文を受けてからで、熱々のパリッパリッ。いい塩っ気で〇。1本\150円。
ラーメンは普通の醤油。花札タイプの叉焼とメンマ。優しい味でした。
2021/7/5、瓶ビールと肉ラーメン。
豚三枚肉と玉ネギをタレで炒めて、餡でとじた醤油ラーメン。
結構な量の肉と玉ネギ。これがスープに溶けて、コクが増されて熱々◎。
このお店はオイラが小学生の頃から、リニューアルしながら営まれている昭和店。
ゆえに、夜は老夫婦二人で切盛りされいます。身体に気を付けて頑張ってください。
