2014年9月 来店
家族で富士に来ていて夜ご飯をいただくため、
食べログでとんかつ屋さんを検索。
富士市で一番のかつ膳さんに行ってみる事にしました。
静岡県でも上位に入っていますね。
全く土地勘が無い場所なので経路は解説できません。
ナビには入っていたのでそれを頼りに看板を発見。
駐車場は店の前と、隣の民家の前も3台駐車OKのようです。
19：00ほどで、先客は２組。
カウンターとテーブル席、お座敷席があり、
お座敷席に着きました。
足が伸ばせて良いです。
とんかつ定食（上）を注文。
普段私が食べているとんかつに比べると少し値が張るけどどうでしょうか？
10～15分ぐらいかかって定食が来ました。
厚手なので時間がかかるのだと思います。
定食は、つけもの、ご飯、赤だしとメインのとんかつの構成。
赤だしはだしが効いていてあつあつでうまかったです。
かつは、それほどの大きさではないのですが、厚みがありそこそこのボリュームがあります。
衣は、ざくっとした感じの荒いパン粉ではなく、細かい揃った感じのもので、重くなくいただけそう。
肉は適度に脂がさしており、柔らかでジューシーあぶらの甘味もありあり、かなり良いものみたいです。
母が、普通のとんかつ定食を頼んだのですが、やわらかさに大差があるそうです。
とんかつの上はかなりのうまさです。
また来て、別のメニューもいただいてみたいです。
