伺ったのは今回で２度目でした。うーん、やっぱり美味しい。そして、お料理が美しい！
今回の中で、一番気に入ったのは、「鮎の一夜干し」でした。鮎というと、私には串に刺さった鮎を食らいついて食べるイメージしかなかったのですが、こちらのは、アジのように開いて、腸等を取り除いたものでした。夏らしく、さっぱりとした食感で、とっても美味でした。
お酒も美味しかった！ご馳走さまでした。また伺います！
