富士宮に来たからには、Ｂ１グランプリで第１～２回と連続優勝の
「富士宮やきそば」を是非 喰っておきたい。

名店は、目立たない裏通りにありました。
「富士宮やきそば」の特徴というのは・・・
①硬い蒸し麺
②油はラード
③具材に肉カス（ラードの絞りカス）
④鉄板で焼く
ことらしい。
たしかに、その特徴は感じられるものの、
正直言って、一般的な焼そばより飛び抜けていて、
圧倒的にウマイというほどではなかったです。

むしろ、ジスイズザ・富士宮と言えるメニューが、この「しぐれ」
＜ しぐれ（ミックス） ８８０円 ＞
①油はラード
②キャベツたっぷり
③肉カス他の具材

⑥生地はお好みともんじゃの中間
ドロリとしている
⑦ソースはトマトのが入った洋風味
個性的な一品で、オレとしては、こちらがオススメ。
かなりウマイ。
