久しぶりに訪問。夜の部でしたが、相変わらず予約はいっぱいでした。
いつもと同じ鰻重上を大盛りで。
蓋を開けると鰻がびっしりですが、今回は鰻自体がイマイチ。身が薄く、皮が厚め。皮側の火入れが甘くべたつく感じ。
たれはあっさりで美味しいんですが。そしてご飯へのたれ掛けがほとんどないため、鰻との一体感がありません。
ちょっと残念でした。
