I played in Yamanashi Prefecture in the morning and returned to Shizuoka Prefecture. Everyone was in the mood for a hearty meal, so we chose Pork Cutlet. It was lunch time on the weekend, but there was no wait. I was shown around right away, and I was able to choose between a table and a raised seat, and I chose the raised seat. It's nice to be able to relax in the small area, but I felt it was a hassle to go to the buffet to get the food...・Kasane Tawara Tricolor Roll Katsu Set Meal (1,880 yen) ・Hakone Sanroku Pork Loin & Fin Cutlet Set Meal (2,230 yen) ・Children's Loin Katsugo Set (980 yen) ・Children's Karaage Set (580 yen) Prices are a little high However, the buffet includes rice, salad, side Side Dishes, miso soup, drinks, and dessert, and you wait while eating the buffet items until your main dish arrives. The salted cabbage was crunchy and quite delicious. Then the main dish arrived. I thought I'd try the shredded cabbage first, but there was no sauce or dressing on the table... I have to go to Viking to pick it up. This felt very unfriendly. The buffet also has shredded cabbage, so although it looks sad, isn't it necessary to add shredded cabbage? I thought both. And when I wanted to eat the main cutlet, there was no sauce... It would be better to have sauce on the table. I went back to get the sauce. I shared the main cutlet with my partner. The menu says that it is Kasane Tawara Roll Katsugakatsu Gin Original, but I have seen similar menus at other restaurants. Inside are three types: mustard cod roe, cheese, and plum perilla. The coating is crispy, the cutlet is mille-feuille-like and soft, and everything is delicious! Both the loin and fillet of the Hakone Sanroku pork were slightly over-fried, making them dry. A little disappointing. After the meal, we had coffee and dessert. The milk pudding and Shaved ice made with Tanna milk, which is only available in the eastern region of Shizuoka Prefecture, were popular with the children. There were a lot of things I was concerned about, but overall I was satisfied. However, I am not sure if I will use it again next time. The main thing is
