誕生日ディナーにふじみを利用しました。
予約をしていきましたが、平日の夜だったからか空いていました＾＾
お店の座席は個室になっていて、少し照明を落としていて雰囲気が良かったです。
コース料理は前菜から始まり・・・
とってもボリュームがあって、ひとつひとつが丁寧に作られていてとても美味しかったです。
想像以上のコース内容だったので大満足でした。
お肉もとっても柔らかく、味が濃厚で、とても新鮮なお肉をいただきました。
ひとつ残念なのが、お店が人手不足？なのか。
お客さんの数は多くないにしても、呼んでも来るのが遅かったり、
レジの前でしばらく待っていても誰も来なかったりというケースが多々ありました。
それ以外は満足です。
また利用したいです。
