During New Year's Day, we eat Sushi and sashimi every day. I like it, but not every day... As a reaction to that, Yakiniku (Grilled meat) tonight. It's my first date as a couple this year, so we went to a restaurant a little different than usual. "Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Fujimi". Actually, I wasn't really hungry since I had lunch late. But I made a reservation. So, I decided to change my strategy to "quality over quantity" so that I could eat delicious food in small amounts. Normally I'd say ``just short ribs'', but today I had 4 dishes to compare and a tongue Steak. The tongue Steak is extremely thick and cut into strips. Pera Pera Tan is grilled quickly, but today's extra-thick one is well-done. Serve it with wasabi and salt. Wasabi has a firm texture and tastes sweet for some reason. I can feel the power of Tan. The 4 dishes to compare are all rare parts. Among them, Kainomi and Zabuton are recommended. The fat of Kai-no-mi is fine-grained, smooth and refreshing. The standards for "delicious fat" are about to change. Zabuton has a perfect balance of meat and fat. I'd like to fill my stomach with meat like this. This is my first time Yakiniku (Grilled meat) this year, but it has already been ranked as one of the top Yakiniku (Grilled meat) I've eaten this year. Thank you very much for your delicious meal.
