During New Year's Day, we eat Sushi and sashimi every day. I like it, but not every day... As a reaction to that, Yakiniku (Grilled meat) tonight. It's my first date as a couple this year, so we went to a restaurant a little different than usual. "Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Fujimi". Actually, I wasn't really hungry since I had lunch late. But I made a reservation. So, I decided to change my strategy to "quality over quantity" so that I could eat delicious food in small amounts. Normally I'd say ``just short ribs'', but today I had 4 dishes to compare and a tongue Steak. The tongue Steak is extremely thick and cut into strips. Pera Pera Tan is grilled quickly, but today's extra-thick one is well-done. Serve it with wasabi and salt. Wasabi has a firm texture and tastes sweet for some reason. I can feel the power of Tan. The 4 dishes to compare are all rare parts. Among them, Kainomi and Zabuton are recommended. The fat of Kai-no-mi is fine-grained, smooth and refreshing. The standards for "delicious fat" are about to change. Zabuton has a perfect balance of meat and fat. I'd like to fill my stomach with meat like this.
