富士にある、かつ銀 に行ってきました。
年末ということもあり、周辺のお店は閉まっているお店も多く、
とりあえず車で流していたらこちらのお店があいていたので
入ってみることにしました。
静岡県内に数店舗あるとんかつのチェーン店のようです。
18時前、店内は混雑はしていましたが、カウンターはほぼ空席で、テーブル席も２人席であれば
空いている状態。待ちもなく、すんなり２人席のテーブルに案内されました。
このお店の押しは、かさねとんかつ。
とりあえず、おすすめにしたがって今回は
かさね梅じそロース定食 1,554円
大盛俵ロールかつ定食 1,659円
を注文しました。
このお店のもうひとつの売りは「ごはん処」。
ご飯、味噌汁、サラダ、漬物、デザート、ソフトドリンクが
食べ放題になっています。
ご飯も、白米、黒米、おかゆがあり、お茶漬けセットがあったり。
味噌汁は、あわせと赤だしの2種類があったり。
ソフトドリンクも、冷たいものから温かいものまで種類も豊富。
などなど、工夫されているのですが・・・
どうも、お店の規模に対して店員さんが足りていないようで、
ご飯も味噌汁もサラダも、どれもほぼ品切れ状態。
補充がまったくされていません。
そのうち、お客さんの待ちがかなり増えていたのですが、
満席で待ち、というわけではなく、テーブルの片付けが全くされていないので、
案内できずに、お客さんを待たせているという状況でした。
トイレも少ないようで、行列ができていたようです。
肝心のとんかつのお味はまぁ普通。梅じそとんかつは、中に梅がたくさん入っていたので
さっぱり食べられてなかなか良かったです。
コンセプトとしてはなかなか面白いので、店員さんにはがんばってもらいたいところです。
接客自体は丁寧でよかったのですが。
