歴史あるお蕎麦屋さん。芸能人の方も多くこられているようです。お店にはサインもたくさん飾られております❗テレビの取材も‼️
「駿河おろし」を注文しました。大根おろしに駿河湾自慢の桜えびを空いりし天カスとともに散りばめてあります。大根おろしは目の粗い鬼おろし。そしてかつお節と青のり。
下に隠れている手打ち蕎麦を引っ張り出し、鬼おろしと桜えびを一緒にいただくと「旨い‼️」。お蕎麦もまさに手打ちの旨さ、美味しい蕎麦です❗何とも桜えびの風味がいいですね。
そしてご主人の気配りの素晴らしいこと。お客様お一人お一人に声をかけていらっしゃる気の配りよう。そこも素晴らしい❗富士市まで足を伸ばしたかいがありました❗
