同じ敷地の旅籠さんはとても有名なようです。
とても歴史が古いそう。
こちらのお蕎麦屋さんは普通のお店です。
が、出てきたお蕎麦はとてもこだわって作ってらっしゃるのがかんじられるものでした。
茄子のお蕎麦を。
柔らかく煮た茄子が食べやすい大きさに切り目を入れて一本丸々のっていました。茄子の甘さが引き立ってます。
そして上品なお蕎麦。
お出汁のお味も良いです。
粗くおろされた大根おろしがまた良い！
食感が楽しめます。
満足のお食事となりました。
