富士宮で仕事の後、寄らせて頂きました。
「絣屋」本日はしらす丼がお目当です。
しかし残念な事に本日しらすの入荷が無いとの事…。
メニューを見てみると、かつ丼がある。
そば屋さんのかつ丼が急に食べたくなって来た。
しかも、ミニ蕎麦とサラダが付いて850円
お手頃価格です。
カツはなかなかの肉厚でボリューム満点、しかも旨い！ 薄い衣、ダシ汁、玉子が絶妙に絡みあいガツガツと食べてしまう‼︎
蕎麦も旨い‼︎
これで850円はかなりお得です。
最後は蕎麦湯でほっこり。
