しばらく前に気が付いたお店。
マドレーヌ専門店って珍しい。
私のマドレーヌって、プリーツが付いた銀の丸いアルミに載っているやつ。断面が台形。伝わります？
この店は富士市の花であるバラを型取ったマドレーヌが売り。
一口大のバラのマドレーヌが10種類ぐらい並んでいる。1個226円から324円の価格に引いた。
分からないので人気上位3種を買ってみた。
鮮やかな赤のビーツは最高値の324円。
表面がビーツの赤で中は普通。しっとりした生地は高級感もあり普通に美味い。二口で食べ終わる。
これが324円はセレブの食い物だ。笑
比べるのもどうかと思うが、この1個がバーミヤンのダブル焼き餃子とほぼ同じ値段。
どっちの満足感を取るかは推して知るべし。
結婚式やお祝い事のブーケや引出物、ギフトにも力を入れている。
マドレーヌ以外はプリンとアップルパイや焼き菓子がある。
