富士市「ランジェラ」さんの「薔薇のマドレーヌ」をいただきました。
伊勢丹さんに出店なさったときに、知人が購入したものです。
大きさは小ぶりながら、みっしりしっとりと濃い内容で、すぐにファンになりました。
独特のみっしり感は、はちみつによるものなんですね。
食べるとはちみつがふんわりと香ります。
プレーンのものと、抹茶のものをいただきましたが、どちらもおいしかったです。
ブラックのコーヒーのお供に、ひとつでも十分な満足感があります。
