The other day, when I went to Shizuoka Prefecture, I left my house early in the morning, and when I passed Fujinomiya at around 7am, I felt like having something to eat, so I happened to see this Matsuya Fujinomiya store and decided to have breakfast. I didn't know much about this store, but I don't think it was there when I passed by it before, so it may not have been open for very long. Maybe I just didn't notice it... Personally, I knew that Matsuya serves breakfast in my hometown, so it felt right. Matsuya is a Gyudon (Beef bowl) bowl chain, but they also have a good breakfast, so in that sense it's easy to stop by. The store is along the Fujinomiya bypass, and it was on the way down from Asagiri Kogen towards Fuji City. The bypass is a two-lane road in one direction, so it's quite difficult to cross by car, so it was just right that the store was on the left side towards Fuji City. When you enter the store, you buy a ticket from the vending machine and take it to the table to order, but this time I decided to order the sausage and egg set meal. It was a set meal with fried egg and sausage, and Small dish was also included, so I decided to order the mini beef plate this time. I've eaten here a few times before, so I know the taste, and I often order this sausage and egg set meal for breakfast, so it's easy to eat. There are many Gyudon (Beef bowl) bowl chains, but Matsuya offers a wide variety of set meals in addition to Gyudon (Beef bowl), so I think it's a Gyudon (Beef bowl) chain that I often go to.
