今日は地元 富士のお寿司屋さんでランチ。
目指すのは水戸島の「ふくろう」さん。
店内は窓も大きく明るいし、天井も高くて開放感ありますね。なんか、田舎の親戚の家に来たみたい。お寿司屋さんというと敷居が高いように思われがちですが、なんか居心地良いですね。
今日は特上寿司を注文。¥2,700也。
まずはサラダと小鉢。程よい甘さの栗きんとんで、食欲が増していきます。あ〜、早くお寿司食べたい。
お寿司は大きなお皿で出してくれます。
大トロや小肌、鳥貝やいくらが並びます。芽ねぎの緑が鮮やかですね。
シャリは小さめ。男性には少し物足りないかもしれませんが、その分ネタの良さがダイレクトにわかります。
そのネタには細かい細工包丁も入ってます。一切手抜き無しの職人仕事に頭が下がります。
一緒に行った東京の叔母も大変喜んでくれたお寿司でした。ご馳走様でした。また伺います。
