店名の「ふくろう」が飾られている店内は、カフェのような雰囲気。
上寿司セットを注文。小鉢の前菜は洋風な要素もあり寿司屋にしては珍しい味付けだった。寿司は小ぶりで見た目も可愛く丁寧な仕上がり。ただ、女性や食の細い人向きかな。大食漢な自分にとっては腹7〜8分目（笑）。味はシャリに角がなくネタも美味しかった。
レジ横にテイクアウト用の惣菜があって、リーズナブルで美味しそうだったので、こちらも買って帰りました。おかみさんの愛想も良く、また行きたいお店でした。
