塩パンのあんホイップ（小倉あん） 194円
魁力屋の定食アジフライで990円も使って満腹だけど期待外れもあって満足してない。もう一品、何か食べたいなぁ、と探してみた。マリトッツォがあるかもとやって来た。滅多に通る事のない裏通りに洒落たパン屋の出立ち。キャナリーロウまでしか知らなかった。
マリトッツォは2種類あったのだけど、パンのくに。のそれの方が圧倒的に美味そうなのでやめた。
じゃあ何にしようか、と選んだのが塩パンのあんホイップ。
パンの表面はパリッとしていい感じだが、噛みきれない。強く引っ張ったりするとホイップや餡子が溢れそうになる。
パンは今まで食べた塩パンの中で1番塩を感じる。生地に練り込んであるだけじゃなくて、後から塩を振りかけてるかのように塩を感じる部分があった。この塩パンはいいかも。
