F'sMarche is a casual dining restaurant located in Koizumi, Fujinomiya City, Shizuoka Prefecture. It is about a 15-minute walk from Fujine Station on the Minobu Line. You can see the lush greenery from the bright interior windows. The lunch menu includes a set of soup, salad, and drink for around 1,000 yen. The menu includes fresh pasta and paella. The C'est Bon Petit course, which includes hors d'oeuvres, is 2,000 yen. Orders must be made for two or more people. ■Daily hors d'oeuvre There was only one other group of customers, and although the food looked like it could be prepared in advance, it took quite a while to be served. There were two hors d'oeuvres. - Fuji chicken cooked at low temperature with basil sauce. The chicken was cooked at low temperature and was moist and finely textured. - Sardine escabeche The sardine nanbanzuke had a sharp sour taste. ■Turnip potage The soup is a potage with the sweetness of turnip. It is smooth and rich. ■Bread You can choose between bread or rice. Two slices of bread are included. You can add more for 100 yen per slice. ■Roasted pork belly The roasted pork belly is not greasy and is just the right amount of tender. It is served with a variety of vegetables, which adds a nice colour. ■Salad A crunchy salad is also included. ■Benihoppe mousse Dessert is served on a plate. Sweet and sour strawberry mousse and vanilla ice cream. ■Iced coffee You can choose from coffee, black tea, green tea, oolong tea, grapefruit juice and orange juice. A leisurely lunch in a tranquil atmosphere. It's probably best to allow yourself plenty of time when ordering a course. All of the dishes had a gentle flavour. ▼Blog article https://fi-lo.jp/?p=17806 ▼Instagram https://www.instagram.com/sakumogu39/
