富士高の西側、ちょっと奥まったところにあるパスタのお店「バンビーニ」さんでランチ。お店の前に駐車場はありますが、いつも一杯なんですよね。なかなかの人気店です。
大きな窓もあって明るい店内。テーブルは大小合わせて6脚くらい。
初見の今日は「アスパラのジェノベーゼ」で。あとピザは「マルゲリータ」を注文。
ピザ生地はモチモチ。チーズも美味しいですがバジルソースがいい香り。フレッシュバジルではありませんが、自家製ソースは香り豊かで爽やか。これはパスタも期待出来ます。
パスタは細めの1.4mm。そこに見た目も鮮やかなバジルソースと柔らかいアスパラ。爽やかな香りが際立ってますねぇ。鼻から抜ける香りも心地いいです。
メニューも豊富ですから、色々と試してみたいですね。美味しゅうございました。
