福井のソースカツ丼の場合、蓋が付いているので、その蓋をお皿変わりにしてカツを移して食べれるが、こちらのタレカツ丼は、一旦カツを避難させる場所がない。
そしてこのカツの形状だと、タルタルが上手く付かない。
それぞれ3等分くらいにして、大きい3枚より小さい9〜10枚の方が同じ量でも満足度は高そう。
