富士山に近い森の中のカフェレストラン。
蓮子と非加熱の天然蜂蜜を中心に、自然に寄り添った商品がたくさん並びます。
併設されたカフェではベジタリアン（正確には卵は使ってるのでノーミートイーターかな）のメニューが豊富で、ヒマラヤカレーセット990円を注文。これにこちらの畑で採れた野菜中心のサラダと飲み物（アイス豆乳をチョイス）、そしてデザートに豆乳バニラアイスが付いて990円とお値打ちです。
同行者は大豆ミートなどで作った鰻風蒲焼きを載せたひつまぶしならぬひまつぶし丼やつけ蕎麦を注文。
土曜日昼時で混んでたこともあり、料理の提供まで約一時間かかりましたが、そもそもせっかちな人には合わないお店かもしれません。
本当の意味でスローフード。
