身内の不幸で仕事のお休みをいただいている、慌ただしい中で、気分転換のために伺いました。
わたしは、オニオンベースの牡蠣カレー、妻はナッツと野菜のカレーをいただきました。
南インド風のカレーがあれば、ネパール風焼きそばもあり、次はこれを食べたい！というメニューがたくさんありました。
私のいただいた牡蠣のカレーは、牡蠣の旨味がカレー全体に広がっていました。
まるで、牡蠣を入れてから煮込んだような広がり方でしたが、牡蠣ののプリプリンがなくなってしまいますよね？どうしたらあんな風に広がるのでしょう？
インドやインド周辺のメニューを幅広く取り入れながら、日本風のきれいでおしゃれな盛り付けや味も取り入れてきます。さすがです！
次は、新大久保で一度食べたことのある、ネパール風焼そばに挑戦します！

I visited on a Sunday afternoon. I had Oyster curry and naan, my partner had chili shrimp curry and half cheese naan, and chicken tikka and chai. Oyster curry was extremely spicy, but the flavor of Oyster permeated the entire curry. The shrimp chili curry was like curry-flavored sweet and sour pork. The chicken tikka was also delicious! I have eaten many chicken tikkas in the past, but the juiciness was the best ever. Thank you for the meal. I will visit you again soon!
