木曜の夜に伺いました。
隣にある『KICI TO NARU KITCHEN 』さんにも、それから、今はもうありませんが、オーナーにとっての原点である『KICI TO NARU』にも何度も伺ったことがありますが、こちらの『吉ト成』さんは初めてでした。
素材にこだわっているのはこれまでのお店と同様。そして、和食にシフトした今回のお店も美味しい！
今回は、『吉ト成特製サラダ』『真鯛のかぶら蒸し』『明太子とチーズの春巻き』をいただきました。サラダは野菜が和のテイストで、とってもおいしかったです。『真鯛のかぶら蒸し』は、高級和食店のお味でした。春巻きはお酒のつまみにぴったりでした。
お店の内装も凝っていて、これから何度も足を運びたくなりました。また伺います！
