以前、牛角だった場所が感動の肉と米という店舗に替わっていました。
話の種に連合いと出掛けてみました。
肉種を選んで食券を買います。
トレイをキッチン前のレールに流しながら進むと目の前で肉を焼き増し（笑）してくれます。
希望の量の白米をサーバーのボタンを押して選びます。
味噌汁とちょっとしたオカズ（肉そぼろ、野沢菜、白菜キムチ）を取りテーブルに着き食べます。
ステーキソースが何種類かテーブルサイドに用意してあるのでお好みで使います。
ハラミ肉は割と柔らかくて美味しかったですよ。
でも、やはりステーキと言いますとどうしても一緒に生野菜が欲しくなるもの。
だとするともう少しお金を出してサラダバーがあるお店を選びたくなります。
ちなみにハラミステーキ、ジャスト千円でした。
