最近市内に越して来て、通勤途中にある店。
前を通る度に気になっていた。
そもそも、焼き鳥メインの店がそんなにない（と思う）。
居酒屋メインみたいだけど、自宅から歩いて来れる距離ではないからテイクアウトする事にした。
ぼんじり二本とねぎま二本を塩で。
帰宅していざ実食・・・。
先ずはぼんじり。
島根県の方の地鶏だって言うウリなんだけど、そんなに味は濃くない。
臭みはないから、さすがにブロイラーではないかな。
にしても鶏の旨味がほとんどない。
塩で焼いて貰ったけど、それほど塩は強くない。ま、その辺は、肉を味わうと言う意味では理解するけど、それにしても塩の旨さも弱い。
こちらも、さすがに食塩ではないのは分かるけど、天然塩ならではの旨味が感じられない。
ねぎまにしても、鶏もネギもそれほど特徴がない。
地鶏ってこんな味だったっけ？
これで一本200円かー、うーん。
