I was looking for hot pot in the area and ended up at this restaurant. The Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) serves Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) (offal hot pot) and can be used as Izakaya (Japanese-style bar). I chose the soy sauce-based motsunabe, but it was full of cabbage and not much offal, I would have liked a little more. The soup is light but has a rich flavor, and I think it goes well with the offal. I added pork, but I think it would have been better with the offal. The soup with the fat from the offal seeping out is really good with the noodles, and the final dish really adds to the satisfaction. Hot pot is irresistible in the cold season, it was a warming meal.
